24 grams for a women...meaning sugars found naturally in foods and sugars we add or 24 grams on top of what is found naturally. Because some organic "super food" juices can have up to 40 grams of sugar.

Yikes 24g of sugar for adult women! I have at least one soda a day and I just read the label it has 64g alone. I guess I need to cut out soda ASAP :(

just been wondering i try and eat healthy i quit drinking alchol yrs ago and quit smoking ciggeretts almost 2 yrs ago now i want to get healthy and want to cut down on my sugar

This looks wonderful, but it is extremely hypocritical considering you are posting a recipe that calls for white sugar -- on the website you're running that's against white sugar. That's awfully confusing.

You could easily substitute with something natural like honey or agave nectar, or even pure stevia extract. I think it would be wise if you offered more appropriate and mindful recipes on a website with such a great cause.

I would recommend Kirkland brand Natural Peanut Butter. It has only 2g of sugar and no additives.
